Common Type K, E, J, T and N options are matched to the application and instrument input.

Mineral insulation

Magnesium oxide separates the thermoelements from the sheath. Filling uniformity and insulation performance matter.

Metal sheath

Choose materials for atmosphere, corrosion, diameter and operating temperature.

Miniature construction

Diameters down to 0.25 mm.

The miniature series includes Ø 0.25 / 0.5 / 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 mm reference diameters. Probe length, measuring junction, bends and terminations are confirmed for the model.

Junction options: Grounded, ungrounded, exposed and special measuring junctions
Sheath references: SUS304, SUS316, 310S, Inconel and other materials
Protection tube references: 304, 316L, 310S, Inconel 600, GH3039, GH3030 and Hastelloy, subject to model
Connection options: High-temperature leads, compensating cable, standard or miniature connectors, and custom terminations

Type S, R and B high-temperature applications generally use alumina or ceramic protection tubes. Available diameter, thermocouple and material combinations are model-dependent.
