OSK develops and manufactures its own MI drawing lines and precision annealing lines. The revised product manual records our first in-house MI production line entering service in 2000.

High-density MgO filling
The uniformity and stability of mineral insulation are considered alongside the sheath and thermoelements in the MI construction.
Precision annealing
Annealing equipment is developed around MI drawing needs. Process conditions depend on the material grade and product specification.
Custom finished assemblies
Probe length, junction, bend geometry, thread or compression mounting, leads and connectors are confirmed for the application.

High-voltage insulation tester
Insulation testing is specified for the construction and intended use. Test voltage, conditions and acceptance criteria are confirmed per model.
X-ray nondestructive inspection
Nondestructive inspection supports the examination of internal construction and assembly quality in MI products.
High-precision electrical test system
Electrical performance is tested against the product specification, with the required test items and records agreed for the project.
