Information and purpose
We collect the company, contact name, business email, country, product specification, quantity, application details and drawings that you submit to assess your requirements and respond to your quotation request. Technical submission data is processed for abuse prevention, including a short-lived hash of your network address.
Files, delivery and storage
The form transfers your submission to the company website’s hosting service in China. When the receiving service is available, the enquiry and attachments are passed to the company mailbox through its mail service. Temporary uploads are removed at the end of the server request. The website does not maintain a public drawing repository.
The submission response indicates whether the mail service accepted the notification; it does not prove inbox delivery. If sending fails, the form offers an email draft and text download. These alternatives require you to send the message and attach the files yourself.
Retention and access
The receiving mailbox may retain correspondence for quotation, order support and applicable business obligations. No fixed mailbox retention period has been confirmed for this release. You can request access, correction or deletion via jiacheng@czosk.com, subject to applicable obligations. Abuse-prevention records contain hashed technical identifiers and expire after 24 hours.
Your choices
Drawings are optional. Share only files you are authorised to provide. Do not include highly confidential, export-controlled or unnecessary personal information. You may contact the company to arrange another method. No advertising trackers or marketing consent are added by this form.
Service providers and overseas enquiries
Hosting and mail providers process the data needed to serve the site and deliver enquiries. The form is operated from China; if your organisation requires a particular storage region or data-processing agreement, contact us before uploading drawings.
